The center has built a strong reputation for offering reliable medical services, prioritizing quality care, compassion, and safety. One of the main goals of Onescan Imaging Centre is to address the issue of limited medical access in the region by providing easy access to top professionals and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.

Their human-centered approach is designed to make patients feel at ease while ensuring they receive the most accurate results. Onescan’s commitment to excellence in healthcare has made them a trusted name in the community, providing not just advanced technologies but also a personalized approach to each patient’s needs.

The Brief

Impressed by our work, we had done for a diagnostic centre of Delhi, Dr. Aggarwal approached BrandKob to create a visual brand identity that reflected their core values—trust, reliability, and humanity. The challenge was to build a modern, clean, and minimal design aesthetic that would set them apart in the healthcare sector. This new visual identity had to be used across a variety of materials, from the logo and brand guide to essential marketing collateral like letterheads, report envelopes, business cards, and other promotional items within the center.

The center’s brand needed to feel professional yet approachable, with a focus on creating a strong visual presence that could be consistently applied across both digital and print media. The primary goal was to create a memorable and trustworthy identity that would resonate with patients and professionals alike.

The Approach

Step 1: Finalizing the Logo and Brand Identity The first step in crafting the visual identity was to refine the Onescan Imaging Centre logo. We wanted the logo to feel modern, clean, and approachable, while maintaining a sense of professionalism that’s essential in the healthcare industry.

  • The final logo design emphasized clarity, making it easy to recognize and read at all sizes.
  • We opted for a color palette that would convey optimism and calmness—two essential qualities for a healthcare brand. This included shades of green (associated with healthcare and calmness) and a highlght color of magenta (representing modernism & optimism).

With the logo finalized, we developed a brand guide that documented the logo usage, color scheme, typography, and imagery style. The guide was designed to ensure consistency in how the brand is applied across all materials, from the website to print materials.

Step 2: Creating the Complete Brand Guide The brand guide became the cornerstone of the new Onescan visual identity. It outlined everything from the logo specifications to the tone of voice for the brand. The brand guide was designed to be clean and minimal, ensuring that all materials, whether print or digital, followed the same visual standards. The brand guide included:

  • Logo Usage: Clear rules for how the logo should be displayed, ensuring it remained legible and impactful.
  • Color Palette: A refined selection of colors, with primary and secondary colors for varied use cases.
  • Typography: Font choices that were both modern and readable, perfect for a healthcare brand.
  • Imagery: Guidelines for photography style, focusing on images that conveyed care, trust, and humanity.

This brand guide became an essential tool for anyone designing for Onescan Imaging Centre, ensuring that the brand would always be represented consistently and professionally.

Step 3: Designing Marketing Collateral Once the brand guide was established, we turned our attention to the marketing collateral. These materials were crucial in conveying the Onescan identity in every interaction with patients, whether online or offline. Here’s how we approached each piece:

  • Letterhead: The letterhead was designed with simplicity in mind. It featured the refined Onescan logo at the top with clear contact information. The design was minimal yet impactful, with a clean layout that made it easy to read and highly professional.
  • Report Envelopes: The report envelopes were a key touchpoint where Onescan’s brand could leave a lasting impression. We designed sleek and clean envelopes that prominently featured the Onescan logo along with a simple graphic element to enhance the visual appeal. The design was functional yet memorable, ensuring that patients felt confident in the quality of care they received from Onescan.
  • Business Cards: The business cards carried the brand’s identity with a modern, professional design. The front of the card had the Onescan logo, with the name and position of the employee, while the back had clean contact details folloing the visual brand guide, reflecting trust and professionalism.
  • Bags for Reports: A subtle yet important branding piece, the report bags were designed to be practical and functional while reinforcing the Onescan identity. The bags were eye-catching at the same time, listing all the services, providing navigation of the centre with imaging centre’s exterior printed on the front, alonside the logo and branding elements printed on a sturdy material to reflect the high standard of care provided by Onescan.

Step 4: Promotional and Informational Material Design Additionally, we worked on several poster designs and festival wishing posts for Onescan’s digital and physical spaces. These designs needed to reflect Onescan’s compassionate and professional nature, providing both informational content and a sense of care.

  • Posters for in-center displays: These posters were designed to inform patients about the services offered at Onescan, such as ultrasound and X-ray tests. The designs were clean, incorporating the brand’s color palette and typography to create a consistent and professional look.
  • Festival Wishing Posts: These posts were created for use on Onescan’s social media channels and in the center during festivals. The designs were designed to be warm, welcoming, and in line with Onescan’s human-centered approach, wishing patients and visitors well during special occasions.

Step 5: Final Refinements Once all the design elements were created, we ensured that they were all integrated cohesively. Each item, from the letterhead to the report envelopes and business cards, was meticulously designed to reflect the brand’s professionalism and trustworthiness, with a focus on user-friendliness and ease of access.
